5. Payments & Refunds
  • All project payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or proposal.
  • Work will begin after receipt of the initial payment or deposit.
  • Refunds are not issued once project work has started or deliverables have been shared, except under exceptional circumstances determined by Three Coding.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery.
6. Project Delivery & Revisions

Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to client response times, technical factors, or scope changes. Clients are entitled to a fixed number of revisions as stated in the project agreement. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Three Coding shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project or service.

8. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide all required information, content, and approvals promptly.
  • Ensure materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use trusted third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, analytics, or marketing platforms). We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or issues caused by these third-party tools.

10. Confidentiality

All information shared by clients during a project will be kept confidential. We will not disclose or reuse client data, assets, or business strategies without permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project or service if:

  • The client violates these terms.
  • Payments are delayed beyond the due period.
  • The client engages in unethical or abusive behavior.

Upon termination, completed work up to that point may be billed accordingly.

12. Governing Law
