By engaging our services and making a payment, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Three Coding are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests will be considered only before the project work has started.
- Once the project is initiated, resources are allocated, or work has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to our support team.
3. No Refund Policy
- Three Coding does not provide refunds for any services once payment has been made.
- This includes partial payments, advance payments, and full payments.
- Payments made cover planning, development time, expertise, and operational costs.
4. Service-Based Nature
Since we provide digital and professional services (coding, web development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and graphic design), there is no return, exchange, or replacement applicable.
Dissatisfaction after delivery or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
5. Quality Concerns
- If you believe the delivered service does not match the agreed scope, you must notify our support team within a reasonable time.
- Our team will review the concern and may offer revisions as per the agreed project terms.

6. Delays Due to Client
Delays caused by lack of communication, delayed approvals, or missing content from the client may result in project pause or closure.
Such delays do not make the client eligible for cancellation or refund.
7. Approved Exceptions
- Any exception, if granted, will be solely at the discretion of Three Coding.
- Approval of revisions or scope adjustments does not imply eligibility for a refund.
8. Refund Processing
- Refunds are not applicable for any services provided by Three Coding.
- No timelines for refund processing apply as refunds are not issued.
